Shungite Polished Flats, Small

Shungite is found in only one location in Russia and was named for the region from which it came. It is extremely old, 2 billion years or so. It is a natural mineral which contains "fullerenes", a special type of the molecular form of carbon

This black/dark brown stone, when polished or tumbled shows an almost metallic sheen. These are smooth polished stones average 1 1/4" to 1 1/2" in length and 1" in width.

Let me share my personal communications with Shungite. “I know from my research it is old. My visuals when holding this piece verify that as well. I see dark, dense vegetation, big rocks, running water and dinosaur life. It is quite the simple piece actually. There is no fluff here. In fact, the first thing I hear from Shungite is that it is here to assist you. Take it, or leave it. No holds barred with this fella!

It is extremely basic. Very connected with Earth energies and Earth elements. A perfect piece to ground and center your energy to the core of Mother Earth.

Shungite is able to shield the holder and remove all negative energies from a space or place. What I see is a black ball (negativity) moving towards me and then in an instant, poof, it breaks up into infinitesimal pieces, disintegrates and is gone. Not only does it remove outside negativity, it also removes negative thoughts and actions from within.

I see Shungite working well with the lower, more base chakras, but my feeling is that it will work with ALL chakras, helping to clear and balance each of them by themselves, then as a group.

Shungite can work on a very physical level, removing all types of pain and discomfort, including migraine headaches, toothaches and/or teething, joint aches, etc.. It may aid in slowing down/stopping the growth of tumors and other diseases that cause the body harm. (Note: Often I suggest that you put your crystal/mineral in the freezer for a few minutes before applying to the area of pain. In my tests, Shungite did in fact get very cold after being in the freezer for 15 minutes, but as soon as it was applied to the face, it lost its chill and grew warm very fast.) I feel that Shungite would actually pull the pain out, instead of easing the pain temporarily as ice would do.

Shungite is also wonderful to use as a balance for higher energy work. Many times when raising our vibration in order to receive information (channeling, journeying, etc) we need to keep focused and grounded at the same time. Shungite would be an excellent partner in this capacity. It is pragmatic (Just the facts, mam’m) and no nonsense. It brings this energy to the holder as well. For those who have their “head in the clouds” much of the time, Shungite will aid the holder in maintaining a healthy balance of sensibility and reality while still able to dream big dreams.

To maintain a sense of balance in any circumstance, try coupling Shungite with a white crystal/mineral, such as snow quartz or Aragonite. This will completely balance the yin/yang, male/female energies.

Shungite is a protector, a guardian, a body guard. It will work with you and give you all it has, as long as you do the same. In fact, Shungite expects you to put in the work/time, that is one of its greatest lessons.

If you know of someone (or even yourself) that tend to play a victim or pass the blame? I highly recommend working with Shungite to understand how this type of behavior originally came about. It will help the holder to see the behavior for what it is and with help, it will support them (you) as they (you) work through this harmful behavior on their (your) way to healthy healing.
