Shipping and Returns
I ship DOMESTIC orders via Priority Mail w/delivery confirmation, Priority Mail Flat Rate with delivery confirmation, or First Class.
INTERNATIONAL Orders will be shipped via Priority Mail International, Priority Mail Flat Rate International or First Class International. Please note that Delivery confirmation/tracking usually will not go any further than when it leaves the US (unless your country decides to scan the tracking number as it moves from station to station). Because of this, if your package is delayed, I can only provide the date, time and location it left the US.
The rates used in my shopping cart come directly from the USPS plus a small handling fee for boxes and packing materials. USPS recently ordered a rate increase, effective on January 24, 2012.
Once your order is filled, you will receive an email with your shipping information. Domestic Priority Mail normally arrives within 3-5 business days and First Class 5-10 business days depending on where you are located.
International Priority mail between 6-10 business days barring any holds in Customs. First Class is averaging 6-10 weeks.
International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
I can not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Refunds
If your order is not satisfactory, please "Contact Us" within 7 days. We will address each issue personally as it arises. If no solution can be agreed upon, we will issue a store credit for the amount in question.
What? No Insurance?
Most of you who are acquainted with me, know that I pack like a person possessed and that I LOVE tape. Ok, I am obsessive/compulsive about tape. What this means is that in the seven years I have been packing and shipping orders, I have only had ONE item broken in transit. Whether this was my issue or the post offices still remains to be seen :) So, if you want insurance? by all means, please contact me and ask for it (especially if you have had trouble with your mail in the past). But, dollars to donuts, your order will arrive safe and sound, courtesy of my OCD :)
