This is A Grade Blue Apatite from Brazil These large pieces do have pitting and denting, which is not unusual with larger tumbles. The smaller the tumble, the more time it has gone through the tumbling process, which is why smaller tumbles tend, for the most part, to be smoother. Larger tumbles spend much less time in the tumbler, so all of the natural dents and pits are not completely smoothed away. These tumbles average between 1" and 1 1/4".
