Creative Suggestions:

Place a piece of Amethyst or Sodalite in the freezer for a few minutes. Remove and apply to area of pain. The cold sensation will help to relieve the intensity. (Jet and Amber do not work as well with the freezer application as they tend to get warm very quickly).

Add some black Obsidian or Apache Tears to your bath water. Or charge water with a combination of Rose Quartz, Black Obsidian and Green Aventurine and add some of the charged water to your bath water. Usually one part charged water to two parts bath water is a good combination.

Use a pendulum, in one of the above suggested stones to help break up and remove blockages (both physical and emotional) that are often the cause of pain/illness.

Healer's Notes:

Slow and steady wins the race when it comes to finding and treating the cause of the pain. As you know, most of the time, physical pain comes as a symptom of emotional issues (repression, anger, etc). It may take a shorter period of time to "fix" the pain, but a longer period of time to get to the initial cause of the pain. Be patient.

Creative Suggestions:

Fill a glass bottle or bowl with your choice of suggested crystals. Or use a small jelly jar, cover the top with a festive looking piece of cloth and tie with a ribbon. Place in the bedroom as decoration.

A simple pair of earrings made out of Rose Quartz would be a lovely gift.

Charge some drinking water with Citrine, Rose Quartz and Lithium in Quartz. (make sure to check the Crystal Cautions list before choosing your crystals) Use the charged water to make tea or coffee. You can even add to bath water.

Make a crystal grid placing the picture of the Alzheimer's citizen in the middle and surrounding with the suggested crystals above (your choice).

Healer's Notes

Use Blue Lace Agate in combination with Pink Calcite (Manganocalcite) to aid in the healing of very young or very aged clients. It is also a wonderful combination to use when someone is suffering intense pain or very ill.

Creative Suggestions:

Program a trio of crystals to use specifically for Asthma, especially if it is chronic. Have a pendant made where the crystals are actually touching your skin and wear them around the sternum area.

If you wear a bra, you can tuck the trio into your bra.
